Well Walk, Hampstead. This maisonette occupied the upper two floors of a substantial house. The existing configuration was a little bit of a rabbit warren of small rooms and wasted space. Steel work was used to remove these walls. Using a fire screen hidden in the ceiling we were able to keep the staircase open to the rest of the property.

The client, an avid cook, requested that our team make the shelving and worktops in the kitchen to her specification. This was achieved fairly easily, however we did need to crane the worktops in though a second floor window!
